I want to say, I am impressed. I didn't think it could be done. My ex wife was making a fortune off of me this last few years. I was paying $2600.00 a month in support. This figure was argued by my ex wife's attorney in court (while I was representing myself). I then hired Mr. Gjerde after I could no longer make payments of $2600 a month. I begged, borrowed and nearly bankrupted myself paying support. Sure enough, after hiring Mr. Gjerde I went back to court and my support order was lowered to $1200.00 a month. THANK GOD!!!! Mr. Gjerde was able to show that this entire time my income was calculated improperly by the previous attorney and that he manipulated the numbers to make it appear as though my support obligation was hire then it should have been.
