do not go this store!!!
very bad customer service, my shower tiles were cracked and I called them for the repairs.
this guy, not sure it's the owner or a regular worker. he was very rude and doesn't like to work things out with you. took him forever to have his tile person to come over to my place to do a simple measurement of the tiles. finally after endless of calling him back; he finally send the tile person over to do the measurements.
Afterwards, this guy was supposedly to call me back for scheduling the repair, but he never did. Again, i end up calling him back, and he won't pick up this time. left a couple of voice messages and still no call back from him. it appears to be that he doesn't really want to fix my shower tiles.
if it wasn't for the condo builder recommends this store, I WON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS STORE...
