I called Mr. Rooter and set an appointment for that day. The service person, Mr. Rich Rollin was scheduled to arrive at my home at 4 O'clock that day. He arrived repaired my bath tub drain and did a great job. He was very polite and I would definitely recommend him and Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you so much!
