This has turned out to be the single best gym I have ever belonged to. I was looking in the West Loop for a gym that was close to my job and found this place.
I had originally joined another gym, but after having the general direction of the equipment pointed out to me from the check-in desk and being sent on my way, had no incentive to continue.
My first day here, I was taken around by the owner who not only demonstrated the equipment but encouraged me to join a group strength training class. I am so glad I did - I usually just stick to cardio even though I know I need to strength train. With this class, I am now doing a variety of exercises using equipment that I would never have had the courage to try on my own. The trainer really inspires you to do your best.
Not everybody needs motivation to workout but if you do, this is the place for it. The trainers are all approachable, the equipment is top of the line and it's never crowded. I really look forward to working out now. This gym is the best!!
