I brought my favorite pair of shoes here to be repaired, and when I went to pick them up on the day they had committed to having them done, they were unable to locate them anywhere in the shop. The woman that works there was very rude and took no accountability. They only said ""we'll look for them and call you."" Completely unacceptable!
