I had Hill Country Carpet Cleaners to come to my home on August 3, 2011 to clean my tile and grout, seal my grout and clean my 2 area carpets. They did a good job on the tile & grout work and said they had to take my area rugs to their shop for professional cleaning. I paid them over $800 for the complete job(including the carpet cleaning). Now 6 weeks later I have called many times, left messages and no one will even return my call or speak to me. My carpet from my living area is an expensive wool rug which I have no idea what has happened to it. Don't allow these people to take your items anywhere else......you may never see them again!
