I stopped going to her, because she doesn't respect my time. I had to wait for at least an hour (and usually longer) for every appointment. When I said something to her, she said that she needs to take whatever time is necessary with each patient - don't I want the same for me? If that's the case, then schedule accordingly. Making people wait endlessly for an appointment that ends up taking 5 minutes is just plain rude. Also, she doesn't return phone calls, and if you keep leaving messages, the office girl will tell you they already have the message, and will call you back when the doctor has time to look at it. 10 days and counting on the last prescription refill - after they were faxed 3 times by the pharmacy. If you want a doctor who cares, responds to phone calls, refills you prescriptions when you need them, try someone else. I think she's just getting too old, slow, and cranky to provide adequate care anymore.
