I went in there with my boyfriend and 2 kids... We were just browsing but found shoes for each of the boys an myself too. My boots were about 80 bucks and the kid were about 60 bucks each... Anyways it was about 7:02 and the store closed at 7 I guess on Sundays well we wanted to try on the shoes for the kids since you know how often kids feet change (they are 8 and 2) and well a worker came up to us asked us if we were going to buy anything we said yes we'd like to get these for the boys but we need to have him try them on real fast. She immediately took the box and said no we are on a time schedule and cant let you try them on we can ring them up now or you cant get them... You do realize it take a kid about 1-2 minutes to try on a shoe right!!! Thats it!!! I couldn't contan myself I proceeded to tell her that she was extremely rude and had terrible customer service and I said I dont know who the manager is but... She cut me off and said I am the manager... I said WOW!!! Told her that she might as well tell us that we cant buy anything and to leave... she tells me ""that sounds good!"" WOW SO IN A NUTSHELL RUDE PEOPLE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! The kids were very sad and disappointed that they couldn't get their shoes! :(
