I would have liked to give it negative stars. I had been a regular for a couple of years. I went in with my original recpt/claim ticket to pick up my 7 pairs of dress pants that I had prepaid $18 at drop off back in June. After arguing and insisting that I had already picked it up they told me to wait 30 days and fill out a claim, I did 30 days to the date. Over 2 months later and after filing a complaint with the BBB I get a check for $30. I was also refused a refund for my initial $18 by the manager who would only give a fist name as Paulette. $30 minus $18 = $12 compensation for 7 pairs of lost dress pants. ...Really??? No calls to the owner were ever returned.
