I have always enjoyed going to once upon a child and buying clothes for my children, until I went to the Huber Heights store. I had extremely bad service trying to have my clothes bought back. After a hour and a half waiting until closing time with 2 young children and a 30 minute drive up to the store, they said they couldn't get to the clothes and to come back tomorrow afternoon!!!!!! Why did they quote me a hour!!!! If it was that long of a line ahead of me tell me before wasting my time!!!! Plus, there was 4 employees standing around while one person was doing all the work going through everything! Highly disappointing!!!
