I placed an order with your company back in August, you charged my card for the order (over $400) on August 29th, As of September 7th I hadn't heard a word and there was no tracking link to get info on my order. I emailed your company 3 times before I got any response!!! Finally someone named Kris emailed me back and said my order was going to ship on 9-8-11. I called today (9-15) to check the status and he couldn't find my order and didn't know what happened to it. He said he'd research it and call me back....he never did. I ended up`calling him back and he said he didn't find out anything. I told him to cancel my order and credit, my credit card. He said ok but the credit hasn't been issued! I'm very frustrated at this point. Your customer service is terrible. If I don't receive my credit tomorrow I'll be contacting the Better business bureau.
