Had a very unpleasant interaction with Dr Gerstman and her staff. Purchased a $99 coupon which I attempted to redeem just prior to expiration, and she was booked up and unable to provide service. Nevertheless she insisted on keeping my money. Her assistant indicated that many other coupon purchasers suffered the same fate. Mind you the coupon had NOT YET expired, but rather she didn't have the capacity to provide service prior to it's expiration. Although I probably shouldn't have waited so long to redeem the coupon, I fully expected that if she couldn't accommodate me prior to expiration that she would at least let me schedule a future date, or at a minimum issue a refund. I don't know how many other would-be patients she scammed in this way, but I'm betting it was quite a few (or at least enough that she didn't want to set a precedent, but wanted to keep her ill-gotten gains). I also found it loathsome that two emails I sent (and confirmed receipt of) prior to my coupon expiration got no response. Practitioners who are more focused on $$ than on service should probably be avoided.
