I get the brocolli carrots steamed along with brown rice(really good) and 1/4 corn of cobb with lemon water
I frequent mothers for organic juice wheat grass 2 oz and a 16 oz double parsley ginger chard kale cabbage cucumber celery and 2 carrots with tips cut off
I eat organic fruits this is one of the reasons I stay in newport the healthy delicious food for fast food inn and out is good but not healthy
they have brown beans all sorts of natural sauces that people rave about (i eat mine plain because it is great the way it is) salads that will blow any other salad out of the way
mashed potatoes are good too but brown rice is healthier
