This office is completely ridiculous and inconsiderate. I had set an appointment last week for a check up for my disabled child and they called and asked me to reschedule because someone at the office had had a death in the family. I completely understood and rescheduled for this morning. They asked us to arrive at 9 and the appt would be at 9:30. My son had a seizure this morning and needed a little recovery time, and then when I was putting him in the car he had an accident in his pullup. We arrived at 9:10 and they turned him away for being late. I will NEVER take my son there ever again.
