I wish I could give 0 stars.
Not only are they rude, they do shoddy work and don't honor warranties. We have a warranty on our roof and have had leaking for 4 weeks. They do not return calls and consistently miss appointments. It's gotten to the point where I call them everyday to see when they will come to fix the leak in my roof that they supplied a warranty for. The last time I called them, they hung up on me.
