This place is perfect if you are ghetto and like to live under a grouchy, old lady who imposes rules and regulation that make you flip, she is unfair and makes you pay for stupid things, like your ac window unit not showing in public sight, fees for having things lying around, your mobile home not having the under cover, my goodness, just speaking with this lady makes you think of jerry springer guest, but with all seriousness, you will be well off across the street, in the other side of the highway, better and lower property fees, better ownership and not stupid fees and best, nice fair people, many people are moving out of here, unless you are desperate or just don't know any better, move here, but if you read this, let me just say, you have been warned.
