Horrible communication. After 20 days of poor communication and pushing back deadlines, just cancelled my order. Lied to me and said the ""expedited"" process took 10 days total (as in shirts printed and finished). I asked why they were neglecting me as a client and whether they were going to finish my order, and they simply responded that they weren't going to be able to. In reality, they never even started it. Most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.
