First let me say that I'm sure Ron will read this review and know exactly who I am. At any rate, let me go into detail about my experience in dealing with him. I had contacted him via email and he was very responsive and mentioned that he would either call me, or that I could call him. After 4 voicemail messages to him over a 2 week period, he finally called me back. At that point, I had decided to go with another local facility. I told him that I wanted to share with him why I had decided to go with another facility. I mentioned his slow response time and his words to me started with ""when you're as good as we are..."" basically making an excuse as to why he had not returned my calls in a more timely manner. I also mentioned the negative reviews on here and he once again said ""when you're as good as we are..."" and said something about the competition getting on here and making negative comments about him. Well let me say that yes, there's a chance that some of the negative reviews could be from the competition. But, I believe that the majority of the negative reviews are legitimate customer concerns. He should have just issued a simple ""I'm sorry"" instead of boasting about how great he is. Needless to say, I'm sure his workouts are great, but with that said, I think Ron needs to step it up in the customer service department.
