Took my husband to Cold Stone Creamery in Woodfield Mall last night for ice cream since he loves ice cream and I love mix-ins. We were so disappointed! The young man that was behind the counter was SO RUDE! I have gotten better customer service, oh, just about everywhere else I have gone. Plus, $4.58 for a medium ice cream scoop with only 1 mix in in a disposable bowl? Really?? Will not be going back here again. With ""premium"" prices like that, you should at least not have to deal with a sullen, cranky teen behind the counter.
