The local Wayne Dalton office in Rapid City said there was nothing they could do and that I should file an insurance claim.
I had the door replaced with another company in Rapid City. They stated that if the same damage happens to their door, they will replace it for free.
Wayne Dalton makes cheap garage doors, which is why they can't stand behind their products.
