I just moved to Baltimore, when I was 3 months pregnant. I stopped into Karl's Baby store for a look. I went back when I was ready to select my nursery. The sales people were so helpful and educated. They helped me select my entire nursery, from furniture to bedding. The selection was great. They show a wonderful selection of cribs. I was able to select the exact colors I was looking for and able to see how they look in person, not just on a computer screen. Brad helped me set up delivery as my due date approached. He was great and worked around my busy schedule. My nursery looks great. Many nights as I glide in my glider, I am so happy that the salesperson suggested I get the ottoman with the glider. What a great store, from selection to service!
