I took the several week course ""Cooking for Busy People"" at Cook's World. Each week has a different subject, such as poultry or salads or sauces. It was fun and informative with just the right combination of hands-on and demonstration. Each class has a set of recipes of the dishes covered plus a couple more.
I came away from the class with exactly what I had come there for, namely a basic grounding in cooking a full range of dishes. It has really enhanced what my wife and I eat at home now. It also has given me the confidence I needed to take more cooking classes and make cooking a fun part of our lives. Highly recommended.
