My history with this company goes back over ten years. In the beginning they were A-1 in the quality of work and reasonable pricing, with the owner coming out and accomplishing a sprinkler upgrade on my then, recently purchased home. From that point, it was downhill, in the owner discovering cheap illegal labor. The last time I used them was several years ago. I had one five dollar sprinkler head that was broken. The fix took the illegal mexican with a shovel about ten minutes......the costs.....over $90. He also left a mess where the repair was done. When I called to complain about the price, the gal on the phone in charge of the scheduling laughed me off the phone. Since then I have discovered a licensed off-duty fireman who recently gave me almost two hours of real work on tuning up my sprinkler system for $85 and charging only his costs on all the parts. Shopping around, can save you thousands on getting this type of work. If you have money to burn, contact Collin County Sprinkler repair, what you get, will be an illegal leaning on a shovel.
