I was directed by Line 6 to take something I could have fixed myself to Bammel TV. Since Line 6 wont sell me parts I felt I had no choice and thought it wouldn't cost much to be fixed. They charged me $65 up front! Then, told me they couldn't fix it. (Floorboard controller for Pod) If they can't fix that I can't imagine they can fix anything at all! So, they sent me on my merry way AND kept the $65 as a check out fee! What! And if that wasn't enough, I made the mistake of taking a Plasma TV to them, They wanted $365 up front! to go towards the repair. Then told me the same thing. ""Oh, it's going to cost $1400 to have this thing fixed."" I get it out to the car and most all the screws are missing from the back! They didn't even care to put the thing back together. What a joke this place is. If you take anything to them, you better bring some Vasiline! I would give the 5 negative stars if I could. If your manufacture tells you to take your item to Bammel TV! I suggest you sell it online broken. Oh, and the big fat guy who works the counter is a Jerk! (I have other words in mind but I'm going to keep it to myself! more
