The woman that owns this store is an awful lady. I think her name is Stacy, and just because of her, I would not recommend this store to ANYONE! You'd think if you owned a Bridal Store, you'd be a happy, excited person for your customers, but she is such a negative, unhappy person. I did buy my dress here, and it was sort of a struggle, because my dress kept having to be taken in to get fixed because the alterations kept falling apart, and they wouldn't get it right (and you think they would have done it right for how insanely expensive they are). And the entire time trying to get my dress fixed, she treated me like such a burdan, making her go through so much trouble to help me. I was even in the back in the dressing room and I had walked out for a second and heard her talking about me, not saying very nice things. I left the store in tears, feeling very degraded. Going to a bridal store, the brides want to be treated like they are each individually special, and she makes them feel like crap. I hope she reads this so she knows that you make the experience for these girls so nasty and negative. If you can't be a good manager for BRIDES, get out of the buisness!
