The A/C of my family's 2008 CRV stopped working recently. I checked the fuses and relays in the diagrams that Honda makes available trying to troubleshoot the problem but had no luck. As I begun the painful search for a repair shop, I read plenty of reviews and thought I'd try my luck at Carter's. The reviews were encouraging and the free A/C diagnostic was a definite plus. It took 30 minutes for them to find the problem; a faulty part that was not included in Honda's diagrams as being part of the electrical system for the A/C. They showed me the problem and told me how to fix it with out charging me! The shop's owner said ""this is something you can do yourself"". The question is not if I will be back at Carter's, but, when! It really does not matter when but I will have some peace of mind knowing that I am taking my car to a mechanic I can trust. Two thumbs up!
