Well went into the Advance in Madison Heights and both employes were more busy to assist me. Lack of any repair knowledge when I asked even simple questions. They act like I was interrupting them and their conversation about partying when i asked where something was located. The crew would be poor at a fastfood joint. Store was great with old manager but now is lousy go somewhere else!
