Everyone's experience appears to vary. Thus far, mine have been pretty good; but I'm not a difficult person to please. We had a container that fell apart, and it was replaced on the next pickup. We got missed a few times, called, and it was picked up within 3 or 4 days. One time, I figured they were not going to pick it up, so I rolled it back down the driveway and when the driver showed up, he went all the way down the driveway to pick up the container...which was good. I'm a firm believer that in today's economy, there is no excuse for companies not making the time and effort to upgrade their company with better employees when necessary. We are probably lucky to have a good driver, at the same time, if our container is not full and has plenty of space, we don't put it out on the curb as it would waste the time (and energy!) of the disposal company. Life is a give and take; we should all do a better job of working with one another instead of focusing on all the negative. Thanks ID...
