I am a woman and you always hear about women getting screwed over at automotive places. Well not here. They treat every customer with respect, weather you are young, old, male are female. When I took my car in for an oil change they did come out to me and give me a list of things I needed to have done. But instead of trying to sell me things I did not need are give me a bill for $1,000 they told me what I needed to have done now, what was more of preventive maintenance, and what was a safety issue. They even said they would work with me to get me a better deal. Over all excellent customer service. This Goodyear has made a customer for life.
