I live In a rental house and My landlord does not want Large trucks on the road. This company uses small trucks. If I had a choice I would switch companies in a second. When I opened an account they skipped me for 4 weeks. After a phone call with message everyday I finally flagged down the driver in October at 5:30 am myself and told we have service. There is a total lack of costumer service in the company. Phone calls are not answered, or returned. There is a complete lack of communication between the Drivers and the Company. The service I pay for is terrible, I have on large can and everything MUST be bagged or it is left behind. the service is spotty and not regular.There are weeks My street is just plain forgotten. Research your Garbage service before deciding on this company.And if you do choose Coakley I wish you luck!!!
