Unfortunately, this is one of the few places in Boone that has copying services. The young woman that helped me seemed angry and smug. When I returned she was smoking by a trash can near the door along with another employee smoking on the opposite side of the door sitting on the steps in front of my car. Please smoke behind the building so I don't have to breath it in, and it really is worse that they were employees of this store. Moreover my copying job was incomplete requiring me to return to the store and pick up what was left unfinished due to a paper jam. Time and gas I did not wish to spend. My schedule is tight and by them being careless and not thorough I was late for an important appointment in Spruce Pine. The manager did apologize and offered me a coupon but why would I want to return?
