Beware! I was quoted what seemed to be a fair amount for sealing my 5 yr old asphalt driveway. After they came out to quote the job, they told me they would call to sschedule a date. While in a meeting, they called my cell phone and left a message to call them back becuase they wanted to seal the driveway in the afternoon. Before I had a chance to call them back, I get a call from my wife saying they were sealing the driveway. Well...she had an appt that she needed to cancel because she could not get out of the garage. Also, since I was not planning on the driveway to be sealed that day, the automatic sprinklers turned on and soaked the freshly coated drive. When I got home, I realized the water messed up the coating and washed much of it down the drive into the street. I also notice the crew did not fill any of the cracks that was part of the quote. Many of the cracks we significant and would have been impossible to miss by the crew. I called the owner, John, and let him know the driveway looks terrible. He says he will call me next week and come to take a look and fix the problem. A week goes by; no call. I call him twice and leave messages, but he never returned my calls. I did not pay for the work, but would have been happy to if he resolved the problem. Anyway, I now have another company scheduled to fix the job than New London Asphlat botched. I feel the owner John never had any intention to fix the problem caused by his crew.
