What is it about Customer Service that is so difficult? I don't care if I use a credit card or a debit card, I can always rely on Enterprise to F___ Up the transaction! Then when you call, there is always some excuse; new employees, rep wasn't paying attention, my girlfriend ran off my co-worker, etc... I don't know how they have managed to stay in business! Without customers, you would not exist! These folks do not believe in taking ownership of their errors! I HATE Enterprise!!
