In August 2010, our AC went out and they came 12 hours after being called. That trip went without a hitch. The second time August 2011 is another story. I called them out for the same problem as the year before. New motor. The guy didnt have the equipment but had someone drop off a motor. He installed it crooked so our ac unit was so loud neighbors complained. I called them back and let them hear it. They sent a tech back out and he informed me it was installed wrong and bent my ac units mounting bolts. So now I needed another motor, at my expense of course. I would much rather just go buy new bolts but he said the motor mounts were bent as well. So I called back to let them know they are going to fix it and I'm not paying for their mistake. So they said they would come back out the next day, NEVER showed. I called back and they said the same thing, "we will come and fix it." Again they never showed. I was stuck listening to an AC unit that sounds like someone shearing metal until I called someone else to come and fix it.
