Purchased a mattress from a retailer that sells Silver Mattress products. I have used the mattress less than a year and the mattress is sagging on both sides. Clearly the mattress is defective and must be replaced. The manufacturer is giving the retailer the run around and refuses to replace the mattress. The retailer realizes there is a problem with the mattress and is replacing the mattress at his expense. He is now looking for a replacement for Silver Mattress for products.
