Poor Customer Service 9/14/2011

The sales rep, Diane, was arrogant and non-communicative with us. We have always considered this a good quality store until we purchased our bed from them. It never came. Diane didn't call us to explain what was going on and each week I called her. She lied and said it was on a truck and would be here next week. Once she rudely claimed she never agreed to call us with an update. After 3 months of little to no communication from Diane, we asked to speak to the manager. She was rude and condescending. Rather than try to "make it right" or accept responsibility and work out a solution she sniffed it wasn't her fault. We asked for a refund of our money which the company held for 3 months. She agreed to send us a check in the future.. with no interest. It isn't here yet. The promise to send it was two and a half weeks ago. No bed, no money, and attitude from the staff. I won't be shopping here again. I have never been treated this poorly from any store I have purchased from. I will never buy from Rubin's again. more
