Four Quarters is terrible. There are cockroaches and stray cats everywhere. All my neighbors are trying to move out because we are all so unhappy. I used to like this place years ago, but 4 managers later it is a total hellhole. My patio got broken into, and the management has sent out several letters that other residents had this happen, too. Lots of people come here to hang out at night who don't live here, and to use the pool for free. It has become dangerous here, and smells like cat urine. The Four Quarters management and staff are so bad they quit or get replaced every few months. Because of that, I have to call over and over to get things fixed, and then they say they'll come over, and I miss work and they never show. Then I call the office and no one will pick up the phone! Don't move here - you'll regret it!
