The front desk was slow, incompetent, and ruined the experience. I was told all 3 people should show up at 3 for pedicures, 2 were taken immediately and 1.5 hours after I showed up the 3rd person was seated. Check out brought a whole new problem, the front desk staff didn't know how to do her job. She helped several people in front of us, while we stood there longer. I will not go back to this salon and spa, nor would i recommend it to anyone.
