Though I had went to you in the past for service and was not happy with the work or the cost (I found your shop to be quite expensive) I gave you another try on the recommendation of my regular mechanic at firestone. I am Now very glad that I did give your shop another try. You fixed my car much cheaper than the other quotes I had gotten and got the job done very quickly. I was completely happy with the service,the job,the friendliness of the staff and i believe you have redeemed yourselves with me. So for now on anything that Firestone can not fix for me cause they do not handle that type of work my business will be going to Downtown Service Center and I will recommend you to others.
