When my first child was called back, I was informed at that point that children over the age of 3 were not to bs escorted by their parent. This was extremely upsetting for myself and child. We should have been informed when calling to set-up an appointment, and the office should have a sign or include this information in the paperwork. I was not able to prepare my child for the experience without a parent, and that is unprofessional. I was also displeased that the dentist did not find the brown eroded spot on my child's tooth; this had to be brought to attention. I was overall displeased with our experience.
