My last visit to the office at this office left me with bad taste in my mouth. After having my healing cap coming off the day before at about 3 PM. I stayed home from work so that I could have the cap replaced ASAP. However there was no one at the North Miami office the assist me. I was refered/sent to the Copper City office where there was a dentist who could assist. The arrangement was made but on my arrival there I was told by the dentist that my gum had grown over where the implant/healing cap was and that I needed to make an appointment for that Friday to have the gum growth removed. What I could not understand how my gum could have grown over the implant so quickly (in 17 hours).I was only trying to prevent food particles form going into the space and causing an infection. I called North Miami office rxpressing my disappointment that I wanted corporate office number so that I can personally call and voice my dissappointment but the office manager told me that everything has to go through her. I think my comments and feelings would not be conveyed the way I would like. Since corporate can send me e-mails to confirm my appoints I feel that I should be able to correspond with individuals at the corporate office. I am still disappointed with the whole incident. more
