I woke up with a large swelling on one of my molars. It was very sore and I felt bad all over. I called BH to see if they could work me in. They did, even tho their schedules were very full. When I arrived I received a royal treatment that always makes me feel like a special patient. I got into see someone right away. An x-ray revealed a situation that called for a referral to a surgeon. Because I've been going to Dr. Tom Hutchison for the past 25 years or so, they had extensive dental reports for consultation, and a great relationship with the surgeon. I paid my bill knowing that they would file my insurance for me and I'd have a check from the insurance company within a week. They are like family to me!
