Service was well coordinated. I was kept informed of the options and completion was fast and on time. Areas repaired appear well-executed, but somewhat disappointing that grease from failed CV joint was left coating the back side of hub and inside of wheel rim, and underpan was not properly reattached. Even so, much better than Audi dealer service!
