The staff are always wonderful. In fact, I would say they exhibit team spirit, kindness and empathy, and are gentle and understanding of those fearful of dentistry. From a business perspective, and this is my professional niche, I dislike immensely the business tactics used to up-sell dentistry services to me. Assumptive closes on follow-on services (x-rays when not scheduled), pushes for earlier appointments (cleanings because they can be done January 1st rather than waiting until I hit 6 months) are unprofessional and trigger an automatic push back from me - even if I need the services. Your practice, while I love the service, obviously has high (in fact very high) overhead. I struggle with my knowing that you provide high quality service and have high cost overhead. I understand the tactics, however it does not feel good to receive them.
