Very disappointed with their service. They screwed up an air conditioner maintenance, caused our basement to flood as a result, and promised to refund the cost of the service. But when it came time for our next maintenance, they refused to refund us as promised. I was shocked. Honestly, I would have kept using them if they'd taken responsibility for their mistake, because that's all it was, but they were nasty about it. I don't have a bone to pick and never write negative reviews, but they were defensive and belligerent and reneged on their promise. This was horrible and left me quite shaken. We have already switched service providers.
