I was very pleased with their service. They were able to give me a late evening appoitment. The repairman who came was friendly, and had everything in his truck to clear out my sewer trap, after the mess from hurricane Irene. There was a flat charge and the repairman snaked it 3 times and put new sewer plugs. I also got a six month guarantee!!!
The technician also took the time to listen to me and explain how the sewer system works. Pretty cool. The technician JOHN also counter what another plumber said to replace the trap. John said , "no need to do so. The trap is fine."
