My friend and I visited on the 6th..we had been there before. We sat on the patio. The table was sticky. After sitting for 10 minutes I got up and went to a little side table and got my own chips and salsa. After we ordered and the food came..mine was cold. I ordered a vege taco salad..my friend a Mexican Hamburger. I also had Margarita and my friend coffee..there was no coffee made so she had to wait. This was early afternoon. My salad came with very little cheese and cold. I had to order more cheese and ordered some green chili just to try and heat it up temp wise.
When the bill came it was almost $40 dollars for two lunches. They nickeled and dimed us for EVERYTHING..we both ordered Mexican lunches but they charged us for the salsa for example. I tiny bit of Guac was $2.00 Even though I had to get our own salsa..they charged me for it! I told our Waitress our food was cold and she just said she would tell the Manager.
The food was tasteless..the green chili no good and the cheese was processed flavorless at best. Skip this place and go accross the street to the fast food place..Santiago's they have good green chili..hot food and lots of cheese..you can't get a Margarita at Santiagos but you will pay less than half the cost of the meal..which will buy you a whole litre or two of Margaritas at the liquor store to take home later..Skip Jack N Grill..no good..dirty looking and just tastelss.
