After using most of Knoxville's "best" salons for the past 12 years I can easily say this was my WORST experience. I made an appointment for a $75 special (cut/color) that they advertised. They accidentally booked me with a specialist and never told me. I was then charged $150 - DOUBLE what I was suppose to pay. They refused to count the cost for their mistake. I was ripped off, overcharged, and lied to. I am not one to ever complain or write a poor report for a company but this was a horrible experience. A company should take responsibility for their mistakes and strive to make their customers satisfied. Belleza did exactly the opposite. more
