I have been going to this dealership for over 25 years. In the past two years, I have had continuing problems. Charges for work not done. My latest and worst dealings was with the service manager Greg. My check engine light came on when I was about two miles from home. I made it home but the car overheated. I wasn't going back to that dealer. Thank goodness, I found good mechanics at C&M Auto. They said I needed that I needed a new radiator. I shouldn't have because First Honda replaced my radiator in February and again in May of 2011. Now I need a third. When I called the service manager at Honda, Greg, he said he would only exchange the radiator and nothing else. Even thought the overheating caused other damage. All he would say is "I CAN'T, I CAN'T". There is a big difference between I can't and I WONT! After 25 years this is there idea of customer service.
