We took a car in for some simple fluid changes but the tech had a difficult time getting the car on the lift. Once it was on the lift the fluid change was quick and simple as it should be. When they handed my husband the bill it was for an hour and a half labor which was about 45 min to an hour too long. He asked why he has to pay the labor when they were having problems and they said cause the tech was working so we had to pay the labor for that work. I will never go back to this place and I will never recommend it to anyone. They knew what they were doing cause they wouldn't hand over the keys until we paid. It would be really nice to find a dependable shop close to home like this one but it's really not work being ripped off.
